CMM ENTERPRISE  use the same NHS Employment Check Standards to vet Nurse Practitioners as the NHS. We also undertake some additional checks to meet our own quality assurance.

• Status of  Registration & Licence to Practice .
• Medical Indemnity Certificate (i.e MDU etc)  dated to cover sessions arranged.
• Copy of Nursing and Midwifery Council registration and PIN number
• Enhanced  Disclosure & Barring Certificate  (formerly CRB)
• Copy of current work Visa or indefinite leave to remain status (Only needed for no EU citizen Locum GP’s)
• Up to date CV, with no unexplained gaps
• Two references of which one will be from last employer/Trainer.- (or address’s so we can write)
• Proof of up to date immunizations
• Copy of up to date basic life support certificate
• 2 form of identification (1 photographic) such as a Passport, Drivers License, bank Statements.
• Passport photograph for identification verification purposes
• Copy of Smartcard with unique smartcard number if held
• Copies of certificates for additional qualifications.
